CELEBRATE AT SEASON’S END! Ice cream ~ Awards ~ Splashy Fun!

How many laps can you swim in an hour? Swim to help the team by getting pledges per lap or just ask people to make a donation at Sedonaracepace.com. We’ll swim our hearts out for an hour and then enjoy ice cream and some fellowship to round out the season! Sedona and Camp Verde summer league swimmers (and any other swimmers that missed the Sedona Swim-A-Tron) or welcome to participate!  

Goal: $5,000

During the Swim-a-Tron fundraiser, swimmers will swim as many laps as they can during the event. Prior to the event, swimmers and families will work hard to collect pledges from friends and family members. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.

How to do it

1. Have your swimmer write a letter to friends and family near and far explaining the important of swimming in their life! Include a request for pledges or a promise of a flat fee donation (ie. $.50/lap) Text or email the letter. (Sample provided)

1. Your swimmer will swim as many laps as possible during the event. You will then communicate back to your pledges and request payment. Pledges can donate online via the team website or they can pay you and you can make one donation. You can ask your coach for an average number of laps to expect.
