Entrance into each training group is determined solely by our coaches' evaluation of your swimmer's capabilities. Placing them in a group that is too difficult for them will cause them to feel discouraged and want to give up. A group that is too easy will cause them to be bored or disruptive. A good fit is essential to your swimmer's enjoyment of the training process as well as their success.
